The Week 1 Files:
Inner Voice Case

It is Week 1 of the SPRIX training program. By Sunday night, every learner had to finish onboarding, rate themselves on the Skills Tracker, and pass Knowledge Check 1 (pass mark 70%, unlimited retakes).

Four learners from the same cohort had a very different week. Your team investigates all four case files and decides together who is who.

1. For all 4 characters: what do they SAY? What do they DO? Do the two match?
2. Which label fits each one? Find 2 pieces of evidence for each.
3. For each character: if nothing changes, where are they in Week 4?
4. Write one piece of advice for each character in one sentence.
